Bender Apparel is looking for a dependable Screen Print Support team member to assist with daily production operations. This role supports our screen printing team to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities include:

Stacking, staging, and organizing printed garments
Assisting with quality control to ensure print accuracy and consistency
Preparing orders for the next production step or packing
Supporting press operators and production staff as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Ideal candidate:

Detail-oriented and reliable
Able to work on their feet in a production environment
Team-focused with a strong work ethic
No printing experience required (training provided)

Screen Print Production Team Lead

Bender Apparel is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee screen print operations and help guide our production team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on organization, efficiency, and quality control.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and organizing the screen print production team
Managing workflow, job staging, and daily production priorities
Ensuring quality standards are met on all printed apparel
Coordinating materials, garments, and production schedules
Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency
Assisting in training and supporting production staff

Ideal candidate:

Experience in screen print production or similar manufacturing environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple jobs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
