You can mix and match sizes as much as you need to in your order. Our quotes generally cover sizes Small - X-Large. There will be an additional charge for sizes 2X and above ($1.50 and up).
You can mix and match garment colors in your order. You can also mix and match garment styles in your order. For example, if you wanted to order 25 black
Hanes Adult T-shirts and 25 black
Hanes Ladies T-shirts with the same design
custom screen printed on all 50 shirts, we could do that for you with no extra charges. As long as the design is the same and the ink colors/print size is the same, there would be no extra charges.
If you need the same design to go on white shirts and black shirts, it may be necessary to change the ink color so the design shows up correctly on the different color shirts. For example, black text that needs to go on white shirts, gray shirts and black shirts. The black ink would be fine for the white and gray shirts, but of course black ink won't show up on black shirts, so we'd need to change the ink color to white (or a different contrasting color). In these cases there is a $25 color change fee to cover the cleaning of the screens to get ready for the different ink color(s).

Here is the question of all time. It is going to depend on the t-shirt. That is an easy way out of that question. All kidding aside,
custom t shirts do shrink. It is the amount that becomes the problem in answering. Thru my years of dealing with
custom screen printing on t shirts I have found that if you are very concerned about the shrinking you need to go with a
50/50 blend (50% polyester and 50% cotton). They are the best when it comes to shrinking. Personally I wouldn’t wear a
50/50 custom tees if I had a choice. I believe if you pick a good quality
100% cotton t-shirt like the
anvil 979 or the
g2000 by guildan you will be fine. Most
100% cotton t-shirts are preshrunk today and that means less shrinking after you wash it. They still say that it has the possibility of shrinking up to 8%. Shrinking is not a problem as long as you buy a good quality
custom t shirt. You can find many different brands at
http://www.bendershirts.com/ where shrinking is at a minimum.

When it comes to
custom screenprinting on t-shirts it doesn't really matter which you use. With
50/50 t-shirts you get a couple of nice benefits. The main advantage of
50/50 tee shirts is that there is absolutely no shrinkage. Secondly, they do not wrinkle like the 100% cotton shirts. However, the
100% cotton t-shirts have their benefits as well. They are thicker and softer shirts, but don't be confused. Be sure to look at the weight of your tee shirt before ordering your
100% cotton shirts because they are available in two different weights. The first is lighter than the
50/50 which would be 5.5oz and the heavier 100% cotton is the 6.1oz. For example Hanes makes a
5280 100% cotton shirt that weighs 5.5oz and the
5180 Beefy T which is 6.1oz.
My main advice when it comes to choosing my custom t shirts is ... if you are using white tees go with the
100% cotton 6.1oz because they are thicker, but on the color shirts just decide which advantages suit you.
